Leaves that burst into a firestorm of auburns and yellows, chilly mornings, friends gathered fireside - this is fall. Sweater Weather is a comforting blend crafted to harness all the fall vibes while the temperatures slowly cool off and eventually allow you to slip into your favorite, old sweaters. It features a 50/50 blend of Mexico and Nicaragua coffees that allude to subtle nutty notes alongside milk chocolate and graham crackers.
This duo of washed coffees creates the perfect pairing. The smooth and sweet chocolate base from our friend Jennifer Pohlenz de Villareal in Mexico, alongside the peanut-like and caramel pop from Diego Chavarria in Nicaragua, create this dynamic duo of flavors that form a taste profile reminding us of s'mores by a campfire in your most cozy sweater.
We recommend you enjoy this blend piping hot straight from a French press or a classic, rich batch brew.
I ordered 2 packages of the 12oz beans...I had to order more in less that 14 days...this time I ordered the 5 lbs. Bag....maybe it will last longer? But in all honesty I will cry when this seasonal blend goes away. It is hands down my favorite coffee ever, it doesn't hurt to drink (I am on a low acid diet and most coffee hurts), flavorful, and has a wake me up in the morning aroma. If you love coffee you should buy this one.
My husband asked me what I wanted for my birthday this year and this was it! I ordered three different coffees last year (Sweater Weather, Honduras, and Brazil) and loved them all so I just had to get more!
It’s the time of year that I can convince my wife to drink hot coffee more often. Not enough to completely switch over from iced coffee 😂
But this Sweater Weather blend from @yieldcoffee warms you up and brings our all the Fall feelings. We took Onyx for a walk and warming up to a cup of this hit the spot.
I’m normally very weary when it comes to drinking a dark roast coffee because I enjoy more of a medium to light roasted coffee. But this coffee didn’t taste like I was drinking liquid smoke and char like some dark roasts taste like. It’s roasted just dark enough to allow me to taste the complexity that this coffee brings without tasting like ash. And it isn’t bitter, which we’re not fans of at all. I think this would make a good espresso too👌🏼
