Coming from our farming partners in Ethiopia, our single origin Espresso is perfect as straight up espresso or a smaller milk drink such as a cortado, or cappuccino. Expect fruity notes of blackberry and raspberry. You will also taste notes of sweet citrus.

We recommend your finished shots of espresso should weigh between 1.5-2.5 times as much as your coffee dose. This provides an excellent total extraction level and maximizes the flavor profile pulled out of the coffee.

Yield Coffees in general are not to be missed
Haven’t gotten to fully dial in this flavorful roast given a machine pump issue but the two shots thus far had me wanting more. Need to experiment more but this one is certainly something special.
