I love this roast and surprisingly enjoy the lavender with the berries. Will buy again for sure.
Favorite ways to brew is with the Clever Dripper and Aeropress. Also fun with the V60 but love it more with immersion brew methods.
I have tried several varieties of Ethiopian coffee from other roasters. The Ethiopia - Two Brothers by Yield is by far the best one! I prepare it using the pour over method to get the richest flavor. The berry notes are amazing!!
I picked up a bag of this Ethiopian coffee one morning while I was grabbing a latte to go. I chose to open it up the next week and the smell was phenomenal. I brewed a Chemex full and gave it a swirl and became even more excited, poured a cup and took a sip and that was when the magic happened. I loved the amazing pronounced notes that this coffee brings. The body isn't heavy but I tell you the flavor is front and center! This is my favorite Ethiopian single origin that I have ever had. I keep a bag on hand.
