This coffee came from: A young mother, entrepreneur, and third-generation coffee farmer, Cecilia originally trained to be a pharmacist in Honduras and spent time in the States learning English. She felt her faith call her to return and go into the family business of producing coffee. Since taking over production she’s seen an increase in quality and quantity producing washed, natural, and honey processed coffee.
In the more than six years of managing her coffee farm, she has mastered the processing which gives her coffee a distinctive sweet flavor. Finca Deborah currently is harvesting coffee on 5 acres of land and alongside coffee they also harvest oranges, bananas and other various fruits.
This coffee is unbelievable! I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing this coffee was. I made myself a pour over at a 1 to 15 ratio and it was fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth but flavorful cup of coffee.

Really good!
Just enough acidity and sweetness to be delicious and balanced. The wife and I both enjoyed it as a filter brew and as espresso!

Best coffee I've ever had
Not only do I love supporting YIELD but this coffee is just delicious. I have guests and they're always asking about the beans because they can't believe I brewed such good coffee at home. I would highly recommend Finca Deborah!
