The Colombian Coffee Club represents a select group of producers of specialty, single origin, fair trade coffee.
This series of specialty coffee contains a wide variety of coffees produced all around Colombian coffee regions by the members of The Colombian Coffee Club, which is helping them through processing techniques, quality control systems, and a higher income for their hard work. We're paying a premium of $1 per pound more to ensure the families are well taken care of and provided for in meaningful ways.
This coffee is processed with the traditional washed process, with the fermentation of 12 to 24 hours in mucilage, dried in the sun on patios for 10 to 15 days.
