Next barista class + training will take place on Monday November 2nd from 10am-12pm.
We're offering this barista basics class to all of our wholesale partners and other coffee shops in the Cincinnati + Dayton areas. It's another way that Yield Coffee can give back, train the next generation, and generally increase education in specialty coffee.
If you currently work in coffee or hospitality, we would love for you to join us at our roastery in Monroe.
The class will be an overview of:
-pulling the best espresso shots
-steaming milk correctly
-basic ratios for all drinks
-dialing in an espresso grinder
It's going to be a fun, safe, and great learning environment whether you're just starting out in specialty coffee or you've been around for a few years.
